The company, originally an Italian family enterprise specialising in manufacturing the fit-out of luxury yachts, was acquired in 1996 by the world’s largest names in the UAE for hotel interior contracting, DEPA United Group, which kept its name and relocated its headquarters to Dubai. Since then Pino Meroni Yacht Interiors has become a major partner for all aspects of yacht fit-out and furnishings for major shipyards in the region and beyond.

Today the company has more than 350 experts that produce luxury yacht interiors in its 12,000 sqm state of the art facility which is located in Dubai Investment Park. The company’s skilled workforce includes carpenters, cabinet makers, painters, master upholsters, engineers – experts of all descriptions – and a European management team whose professional background comes from world renowned shipyards and interior companies.

A pioneer in its Kind, this 121 feet is a luxury yacht with unparallel and exquisite interior workmanship. The designer’s in-depth research and experience in the materials & equipments resulted in the design and Pino Meroni’s eminent craftsmanship & knowledge resulted in a unique and truly exclusive interior. An accurate mixture of Fiber Optic ceilings, Rose Wood finishes, Bronze metals blended with Atmosphere Fabrics & Royal Thai Carpet gives the interior a distinctive status which makes the yacht to the top list in luxury.

M.Y Ocean One (58 Mtr)
Year: 2009   -   Designer: Ken Freivokh Design   -   Scope of Work: Complete Interior
At its final stages to be delivered, this 58m motor yacht is designed by one the most famous UK based yacht designers Ken Freivokh who designed the revolutionary 88m, three masted vessel “Maltese Falcon”. The owner’s brief was to build a contemporary style yacht with high speed performance. Pino Meroni Yacht Interiors were briefed to engineer and build the whole interior fit-out and furnishing to an extensive light weight which required a lot of research, effort and innovation to meet the client’s request.

The Mashallah 40m motor yacht is a classic symbol of yachts that are designed as floating homes. The rich burl-elm, high gloss veneers, authentic leathers and customised hand-tufted carpets are used generously throughout the yacht, making it look luxurious and elegant.

Fulfilling the owner’s wish to make the yacht a home from home the designer, Evan K Marshall, was delicate in his material selection. Navy and off-white fabrics and furnishings were used in the owner’s areas, while the dining room is characterised by a relaxed, informal setting perfect for social or family gatherings.

This 88ft motor yacht was jointly designed by the yard and the owner. Stepping inside, white leather furnishings, walls and white fabric curtains set against dark ebony fit-out. Wenge flooring and stainless steel fittings give the yacht a striking modern look which exudes elegance and style.
